Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing timeAll orders are processed within one business day of receipt and estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

International Shipping Policy

We are happily shipping to the following countries:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you would like to order more than 10 units, please email us at help@clipdifferent.com for a quote.

We will work hard to avoid your Lil Nippers getting held up in transit but we cannot guarantee you won’t experience delays, or be charged other fees. We will do what we can to make your experience seamless and we will operate with honesty, transparency and will assist you with any mishaps. We cannot take responsibility for issues caused by customs or shipping services.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

ClipDifferent will not be held responsible if the wrong shipping address is entered and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:
